Journal Entry #2 (Digital Communication)

I found it most surprising that there are certain expectations you will be held to when writing and opening a Email.  There are rules you should follow when using digital communication.  Three things I learned from the video Email Etiquette are, do not use all caps when writing an Email, open and reply an Email within 24 hours and always name your Emails very effectively.  Blind Carbon Copy (BCC) is a copy of an email message sent to recipient without the recipient's address appearing in the message.  I would use BCC in an email when I receive an email that I can not return do to not having the recipients address.  I think the most important thing young people should learn about using digital communication is how to use it safely and responsibly.  Use it with care and show other people respect when using it.  Make sure online bullying doesn't happen and anything else can can turn into a dangerous situation.
