Journal Entry #3 (Digital Rights and Responsibilities)

I found it most surprising when it comes to digital rights and responsibilities that there are certain rules that you are supposed to follow that most people don't.  I don't think people act responsibly online.  Most people do whatever they want when online because they don't think there will be consequences.  The most important commandment out of the ten are "Thou shalt not commit identity fraud".  I think this is the most important because it can ruin peoples lives.  The biggest issue on digital rights and responsibilities among young people are cyber bullying.  They think it is okay to harass and hurt people just because they are behind a screen.
